Fluoromount-G® Anti-Fade
Cat# 0100-35
Size : 20 ml
Fluoromount-G® Anti-Fade is an aqueous-based compound for mounting slides used in microscopy applications in which the preservation of fluorescence intensity is critical. This mounting medium provides a semi-permanent seal for storage of slide preparations and since Fluoromount-G® Anti-Fade is water-soluble, the coverslip may be removed by submerging the slide in a PBS solution until the coverslip is loosened.
Applications :
- Immunohistochemistry-Frozen Sections
- Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin Sections
- Immunocytochemistry
Fluoromount-G®
Cat# 0100-01
Size : 25 ml
Fluoromount-G® is a water-soluble compound recommended for slides mounted after a staining procedure having an aqueous final step. Since Fluoromount-G® is water-soluble, the coverslip may be removed by submerging the slide in a PBS solution until the coverslip is loosened. This mounting medium also provides a semi-permanent seal for storage of slide preparations. The refractive index of Fluoromount-G® is reported to be ~1.4.
Applications :
- Immunohistochemistry - Frozen Sections
- Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin Sections
- Immunohistochemistry - Whole Mount
- Immunohistochemistry
- in situ Hybridization
- TUNEL
- Proximity Ligation Assays
DAPI Fluoromount-G®
Cat# 0100-20
Size : 20 ml
DAPI Fluoromount-G® is a water-soluble, 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) containing compound recommended for slides mounted after a staining procedure having an aqueous final step. When bound to DNA, DAPI fluoresces and is typically used as a nuclear/chromosomal counterstain. Since DAPI Fluoromount-G®is water-soluble, the coverslip may be removed by submerging the slide in a PBS solution until the coverslip is loosened. This mounting medium also provides a semi-permanent seal for storage of slide preparations.
Applications :
- Immunohistochemistry - Frozen Sections
- Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin Sections
- Immunocytochemistry
- in situ Hybridization
- TUNEL
- Proximity Ligation Assay
- Migration Assays
- Apoptosis
